Jocelyn came in for her first birthday session and it was cute overload! She had a few different outfits to show off her for her big day. We ended the session with singing happy birthday to this sweet girl and she loved every minute of it despite her sometimes skeptical look. We loved watching her grow through our first year Bundle of Joy baby plan! Check out her Newborn and Six month sessions.

We were really looking forward to Shannon and Dave’s wedding for many reasons. We had such a blast with them during their engagement session. We LOVE The Gables at Chadds Ford and it was the perfect setting for their intimate wedding. We started out with Shannon getting ready at the bridal suite. She was so laid back and just enjoying every moment of her big day. She made all of the boutonnieres and bouquets herself! When Dave arrived he was all ready teary eyed. As soon as I see a groom crying it starts the waterworks for me. We both managed to hold them back until the ceremony and everyone was touched by their sweet vows. After the ceremony we head down the road and took in some of the beautiful open fields and beauty that Chester County has to offer. We headed back to their reception for a night of fun, family and friends! Congratulations Dave & Shannon!!! xoxo

We love this couple! After photographing Matt & Bridget’s engagement session and wedding last summer, they were planning a big addition to their family for their 1st wedding anniversary anniversary! Layla was such a joy to document throughout her first year! I love to see the progression as she grows throughout the different sessions. She’s turned into such a smiley and lovely 1 year old! Happy Birthday Layla!

Before we get Dave & Shannon’s beautiful wedding up on the blog I wanted to share a few of my favorites from their engagement session. We really had a lot of fun walking around the Art Museum, talking and trying to get Shannon to laugh. I didn’t find out until after the session that it was Dave’s birthday! We finished with some celebratory sangria at a near by restaurant.
