When you choose a day in April for your wedding date, you aren’t really concerned about a snow storm. I guess anything is possible because this year we had one on Carrie and Peter’s wedding day. That didn’t stop them from have an incredible wedding though! I loved getting to know these two during their engagement session. They were living in the Boston area while planning their Philadelphia wedding. They choose the very place that they first met for their wedding venue. Six years prior they met at Carrie’s sisters wedding in the same ballroom at The Union League of Philadelphia. Their beautiful ceremony was at The Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. Peter is in the Navy so they had a grand sword arch exit. Samantha from Secretariat Event Planning made sure every detail was perfect. Here are a few of our favorites from their day.
