Jennifer and George had their beautiful late morning wedding at The Gables at Chadds Ford. Their lovely ceremony was personalized with their own written vows for each other. Their adorable daughter Addison was also the star of the day in her pink lace dressed that resembled Jennifer’s boho elegant two piece wedding dress. After a laid back brunch reception they headed over to Jennifer’s parents house for a backyard party with even more friends and family to celebrate with. This was so fun with games, a bounce house for the kids and their favorite food trucks for everyone to enjoy!

John and Brianna had a beautiful spring wedding day! We had a blast getting to know them during their engagement session. Their ceremony was at St. Mary Magdalen in Media, PA and was followed by a ride through town on a vintage fire truck driven by his Grandfather! Their celebration continued over at the Waterfall in Delaware where the food stations were awesome (did someone say bacon station?!) and the dancing didn’t stop. I just love their cake topper 🙂 Congratulations John and Bri!
The Union League Philadelphia, PA | Carrie & Peter’s Wedding

When you choose a day in April for your wedding date, you aren’t really concerned about a snow storm. I guess anything is possible because this year we had one on Carrie and Peter’s wedding day. That didn’t stop them from have an incredible wedding though! I loved getting to know these two during their engagement session. They were living in the Boston area while planning their Philadelphia wedding. They choose the very place that they first met for their wedding venue. Six years prior they met at Carrie’s sisters wedding in the same ballroom at The Union League of Philadelphia. Their beautiful ceremony was at The Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. Peter is in the Navy so they had a grand sword arch exit. Samantha from Secretariat Event Planning made sure every detail was perfect. Here are a few of our favorites from their day. Erin has to be the most excited bride I have ever worked with. It’s really so sweet how excited she was during their wedding planning adventures and on the big day. When I first met with her and Matt they were just back from their Napa vacation where they got engaged at a beautiful vineyard. They choose The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs as both their ceremony and reception site because they loved the vintage feel of the grounds and all the beautiful elements of the historic building. They also left no detail unattended. They filled the house with pictures of them as a couple, family photos and special heirlooms. They had some beautiful vintage furniture from Treasured Rentals to add that extra special touch. The incredible flowers were done by Erica and Andrew from Chicory Florals. Their beautiful heartfelt ceremony took place in the courtyard by the fountain and was officiated by the lovely Celebrant Alisa Tongg. They kicked off their reception with a fabulous cocktail hour from John Serock Catering. Their incredible cupcake tower and cake was done by my personal favorite Cakes and Candies by Maryellen. We ended their perfect night with a sparkler send off. Check out some of our favorites from their big day!
